Please note, we do not have any extra keyfobs, if you misplaced your current key and need a replacement, you will need to pay $25 replacement fees.
May 24 – June 8: Weekends only
Jun 14 – Sep 1: Daily
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Weekends and Holidays
11:30 AM – 3:00 PM Weekdays
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM Daily

There is a 15 minutes break at the end of each hour
ALL VISITORS MUST FOLLOW THE RULES
VIOLATORS WILL BE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENTLY DENIED ACCESSING THE FACILITY
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older
- No running or diving
- No glass bottles or containers
- Inflatable floatation devices, including inner tubes, life jackets, and water wings, are NOT permitted
- All homeowners must sign in when entering the pool area
- Capacity at the pool should not be more than 35 people at a time
- Guests must always be accompanied by the adult homeowner
- No more than 2 guests per family at the same time, unless otherwise approved by the Board
- If there are more than 35 people at the pool, guests will be asked to leave
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area or tied to the fence
- Residents and guests must clean up and discard their trash before leaving the pool area
- Pool Ambassadors are to help the lifeguard maintain order at the pool and pool area
- Homeowners and guests must listen to and obey the lifeguard on duty and pool ambassador(s)
- The lifeguard will remove anyone from the pool or pool area if the rules are not followed.
- Pool open 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM on Weekends and Holidays, 11:30-3:00 PM and 3:30 – 7:00 PM on weekdays. The pool is closed on weekdays while schools are in session.
- There is a 15-minute break at the end of each hour. No one should be in the pool during those breaks
- Private pool parties are currently not permitted. The only allowed pool parties are those that the Association has organized
- Lost pool key fob replacement fee is $25
- Lifeguard’s responsibilities are focused on ensuring swimmer safety. They are not permitted to open the pool gate for individuals without a key
- These rules do not replace outdoor pool safety rules set by the state or the Red Cross.
