Please note that we do not have any extra key fobs. If you misplaced your current key and need a replacement, you will need to pay a $25 replacement fee.
May 22 – June 14: Weekends only
Jun 20 – Sep 7: Daily
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Weekends and Holidays
11:30 AM – 3:00 PM Weekdays
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM Daily

There is a 15 minutes break at the end of each hour
ALL VISITORS MUST FOLLOW THE RULES
VIOLATORS WILL BE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENTLY DENIED ACCESSING THE FACILITY
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. You CANNOT leave your children unsupervised or supervised by minors
- No swimming if a lifeguard is not on duty
- No running or diving
- Glass bottles or containers are not allowed
- Inflatable flotation devices, including inner tubes, life jackets, and water wings, are NOT permitted due to safety hazards
- All homeowners must sign in upon entering the pool area
- Guests must be accompanied by the homeowner at all times
- The pool capacity is limited to 35 people at a time
- Each family is limited to a maximum of 2 guests at any given time. If the pool reaches capacity, guests may be asked to leave
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area or tied to the fence
- Residents and guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of their trash before leaving
- Long hair to be secured back, tied, or clipped to prevent hair from obstructing the swimmer’s face, blocking a lifeguard’s view of the swimmer, or getting tangled in pool filters
- Pool Ambassadors are to help to lifeguard to maintain order at the pool and pool area
- Homeowners and guests must listen to and obey the lifeguard on duty and pool ambassador(s)
- The lifeguard has the authority to ask anyone not following the rules to leave the pool or pool area
- Pool is open 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM on Weekends and Holidays, 11:30-3:00 PM and 3:30 – 7:00 PM on weekdays (while school is closed)
- There is a 15-minute break at the end of each hour. No one should be in the pool during those breaks
- Private pool parties are currently not permitted. The only allowed pool parties are those that are organized by the Association or approved by the Board
- Lost pool key fob replacement fee is $25
- Lifeguard’s responsibilities are focused on ensuring swimmer safety. They are not permitted to open the pool gate for individuals without a key
- These rules do not replace outdoor pool safety rules set by the state or the American Red Cross Association
- Failure to comply with these pool rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent revocation of pool access privileges
